Your retreat registration is 100% transferable to another attendee or towards your 2026

registration.

Your all-inclusive accommodations at the resort is 100% refundable before April 1, 2025

Miraval is an all-inclusive resort; therefore, you will only be charged for alcoholic beverages, private classes, and any additional spa services beyond your $625 bonus credits. 

You will need a credit card with at least $250 for incidentials upon check-in.

This is a NO tipping resort.

At Miraval you can dress as comfortable as you'd like, including eating all your meals in your spa robe.

Bring one all white outfit for our group picture and farewell dinner. Your white spa robe is more than suitable. However, most attendee tend to wear something a little dressy.

While Miraval is an entity that promotes healthy living, you will have options ranging from low calerie to a cheeseburger. There are always vegetarian, vegan, and meat lovers options.

There is a 3 PM guaranteed check-in. However, arrive as early as possible to start taking advantage of all the spa and resort amenities. Upon arrival, you will have full access to food, beverages, a host of activities, and the spa. If you arrive before 3 PM, your luggage will be held with the concierge and delivered to your room once it is ready for check-in. Our welcome session starts at 5 PM on June 19, 2025, and ends with our farwell dinner on June 21st. Therefore, you can depart anytime on June 22nd.

Your flight arrival and departure times will be communicated to the resort. A roundtrip complimentary shuttle will transport you from the Tucson airport to the resort.

Of course, you can. The wholeSOUL Experience Retreat rate is applicable one day before and the day after the retreat. Inform us of your plans as soon as possible so we can communicate the additional cost for your planning.

You will receive an additional $175 in resort credit for each added day.

While The wholeSOUL Experience Retreat is for women only, Miraval welcomes guests of all sexes. The registration fee for non-retreat attendees is only $100, plus your accommodation cost. 

The wholeSOUL Experience Retreat will meet for 2.5 hours each day, AND the rest of your time is yours to use as you please.
